  • CoC Application

Planning to send off CoC application tomorrow.

Do the MCA accept delivery by hand to Spring Place? It's just that for the price of RM Special Delivery (required as GMDSS certificate replacement cost is over 1st Class Signed For compensation limit) it would work out cheaper to just drive it there myself.

Hello! I'm Chris. I'm away a lot so I'm sorry if it takes me a while to reply to messages, but I promise I'll get back to everyone. If it's urgent, please email me directly at [email protected].

If not, stick it in an envelope and put it through the letter box

They do, they have a register at reception when you hand it in. When I did my Masters I handed in the paperwork pretty much straight after passing,

the fog horn I can't blow.

It's not my place to say just where
          the boat's allowed to go

It's not my right to dock the boat
          or even clang the bell

          But let the damn thing
start to sink AND SEE WHO CATCHES HELL!

Is it not all on the NOE and/or application form? There should be a checklist of the things the MCA have acknowledged having seen, and the additional things they need to see for final issue of CoC.
