PSV accidents reports

Hi. I need some accidents/failures reports including platform supply vessels for my master thesis. The best are collisions of PSV with oil rig or DP system failure inside of 500m safety zone. I have few reports from MAIB.gov.uk but these are only small collision in Aberdeen harbour.. I will be grateful for some help!

Have you tried checking other maritime authority websites?

I have some quite interesting reports from MSF - Marine Safety Forum, pity there are no details of ship's and platform's names and place where the failures had places.

Anyway pintero, if you are preparing for your master's thesis, why are you asking about cadets salaries on DP vessels in other posts? Thinking of reliving your cadet ship?

Thank You Pilot, I already have the Highland Pioneer but don't have the first two!
I graduated univeristy first cycle (specialization maritime transport), I did my seamanship training, obtained OOW CoC, DP basic etc and at the end of February I am going to graduate the second cycle university programme (specialization offshore technologies). Now I am applying for deck cadet/trainee officer vacancies on offshore vessels accordingly to my education.
