So it's 3 months on 1 months off... Paid 12 months at ?1536 for first 5 months after which salary is ?2531, is that correct ?

I have - They tend to deal with hotel staff for passenger vessels but they do deal with deck jobs on occasion. Spoke with Russ there on a few occasions, very friendly and helpful.
