Mearsk interview for third officer

Hello every body I'm third officer and I have interview next week at maersk and its the first interview for me ,, anyone can advice me what I should do to pass from this interview and the common question in this interviews

Definitely spell the name right. They hate that. It's Maersk.

They will ask about your experiences, types of vessels sailed on etc. They will want to know what you know about Maersk and depending upon which fleet you are applying for, what types of ships you expect to serve on, areas of operation and so on.

There are usually two interviews and some psychometric tests to be completed, plus a copy of your medical etc.
