I know a few companies recruiting. Always easier for females and ethnic minorities to get jobs in UK because companies want their staff to look more equal. Companies recruiting are the following:

Viking Supply/SBS - Supply
Gulf Offshore - Supply

Putfords/Seacor - Standby
Northern Maine - Tankers
All the ferry companies are always looking for people.
There's always cruise ships and private yachts of course
