Good afternoon everyone. I'm currently in the process of leaving the Royal Air Force and will be starting Warsash in Sept with a view to completing the Deck FD course, sponsored by Sealion Shipping Ltd.
Having served 5 years in the military I feel that the time is right for a new challenge. Onwards and upwards! Love my sailing, mountain biking and kitesurfing so will be keen to meet others with similar interests when I arrive at Warsash.
Will also be looking for some weekend bar work in the local marinas and sailing clubs to keep me busy on an evening/weekend. Any former Warsash cadet's aware of any local spots that may be hiring toward the end of summer?
Anyway, very much looking forward to getting started, cracking on with the course and being an active member of the forum.
