Hello, this site is primarily aimed at cadet applicants from the UK. As a non UK national the system in your country is likely to be different than the application process for the UK system.

I suggest you contact maritime academies in your home country who will be able to advise you of the steps necessary to obtain your licence in your country. While a number of foreign cadets do study for their CoC's in the UK these are normally arranged by employers in their native countries. Some of the oil majors (BP and Shell) do this, however you would need to contact them through their local offices.
