I suggest you contact maritime academies in your home country who will be able to advise you of the steps necessary to obtain your licence in your country. While a number of foreign cadets do study for their CoC's in the UK these are normally arranged by employers in their native countries. Some of the oil majors (BP and Shell) do this, however you would need to contact them through their local offices.?Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn?t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.?
