Hello,

My name is Felix, I am from Essex, and I am currently working in the yachting centre. I not sure about how well that will go down here, but I figured we are all seafarers.

Basically I feel the yachting sector falls below standards in some areas (not across the board, and it is improving) and I am basically on the hunt for more information and guidance.

I am looking for learning resources, information and advice to help improve myself and my sector.

Yachting is a very broad term, ranging from RYA dinghys to full commercial class 1 passenger superyachts of 15000gt++ Standards vary, the bigger ones tend to be run very well, particularly those with unlimited budgets and commercial seafarers.
