Hello All
Greetings ! My name is Tom G Alex. Well am a deck cadet doing my second ship with d Amico Tankers !
I am going to UK for my OOW exams very soon !! I am working in Oil / Chemical Tankers !
Well my life in this second ship is not all that fun. We are on time charter with Saudi Aramco. Two fixed ports ; 8 hour sailing time. And average 10 voyages in a month !!! Put it this, in last 8 months, I have not touched shore other than for taking visual draft
And of course, I have not seen a women for same time !!!
Crazy rules in this part of the world - You are not allowed to have magazines or movies or music or laptop or mobile phone !!!
Phew ! This is difficult, I dont know what more to say ! !!!
