    Hi all,
I am 18 and doing A levels in Business, Physics and maths. I have a predicted grade of an A in Business and Bs in physics and maths. I am vey interested in being sponsored to do Nautical Science and so become a cadet. With those grades, am i being realistic? It seems like a tough competition. Thanks,
    Paddy

As Martyboy says - your grades are a shoe in - your cv, application, and interview are the only bar to you getting in.....

        No need to worry then!

        Good luck.

Not terribly reliable Apply to the companies, and if they accept you, they'll make the arrangements for what course your going on etc

Right so start applying now. I will be able to get those grades under my belt so time to think about interviews and personal statements. Seriously i have made more progress since joining this forum today than i have in the last 6 months. Thankyou for all the help!

              Get yourself over to here:

The Officer Cadet guide to writing a CV

              And start with that.

              Then comes your personal statement.

              Then comes the applications.
