If you're looking for a position on board as a cadet, might I be able to point you in the direction of CF Sharp based over in Singapore. They're a crewing agency and probably one of the better people to speak to about getting a cadet's posting. Fella to speak to there is called Richard Storey.

Guinessman is the CF sharp the manilla founded company? and also is it considered a decent company as well? Im sorry quite concerned about my future as not many shipping companies outside of Malaysia know of Sarawak Maritime Acedemy. =/

Hi everyone!!!

My name is Leon, a Malaysian and just registered myself in this forum.

I am currently a Year 1 Diploma in Nautical Studies student studying in Sarawak Maritime Academy in Malaysia.

I aspire to be a Deck Cadet and a Sea Captain in the future.

Anyhow I am trying to look for companies who wants deck cadets for my 3rd year sea training before I am to get my CoC class 3, aand possibly work with the said company for my entire seafaring career.

Any comments or help from the forumers here are GREATLY APPRECIATED
