    Just bought a RN uniform as part of a militaria collection on ebay! have a fancy dress coming up too! wearing it to a party is it a yes yes or a no no? has no RN labels on its just a replica and has the badges off but the braid is still around the wrists!

    I'm assuming its fine, as I had a friend who bought a real army uniform from an army shop and was totally legal
    Phase 5 SPD engine cadet at city of Glasgow college. Doing a a combined motor and steam ticket.

      Nothing illegal about it so long as you aren't impersonating for fraudulent reasons. Social acceptability depends entirely on the circles you move in. If you are Prince Harry, it's OK to walt as a Nazi!

        Re-enactors do it all the time, no problems as long as its done with respect.

          So long that you don't wear medals with it, should be fine. Guy from around here was prosecuted and given a considerable fine (round a grand if I remember rightly) for wearing medals that weren't awarded to him.

            Context. At a fancy dress part no-one expects them to be your medals. At a remembrance parade, they do.

                I would agree with the above aslong as you are not using it to gain out of it and for purely dress up your ok plenty of frauds out there like
