  • I have a Panasonic Lumix FZ38 camera for sale

It's a bridge camera with a fixed 28x Leica lens. Included in the sale are the camera, 2 batteries, charger, a video lead, 8GB SD card and a Panasonic case. The lens has a UV filter on it and the screen at the rear has a protective film. There's a CD with the instruction manual but I also have a full bound printout of the manual too (I have a friend who works at the local university print shop ). It's in very good condition and has had some good reviews -10/10 at Trustedreviews. I'm selling it because I have my eye on another Lumix. I'd like ?75 for the lot which would include signed for carriage in the UK. PM me or email richard (at) thapae.com if you're interested please.

We've got an early review of the replacement for the Lumix DMC-FZ28, the Lumix DMC-FZ38.

The Panasonic Lumix FZ38 – or FZ35K as it’s known in the US – is the newest model in the FZ line. Updating the previous FZ28 model, does the FZ38 offer enough additions to make you part with your cash? The What Digital Camera Panasonic Lumix FZ38 (FZ35K)

The thing that looks like a flower stuck on the front is a lens hood which I forgot to mention.

Don't worry, it happens to the best of us...

I *might* be interested, after speaking to the bank manager.

If you are can you send me an email to richard at thapae.com rather than send a PM. I never notice whether I have PMs or not. The indicator thingy isn't very prominent.

No takers? Blimey what a bargain you're missing. Takes HD video too. Nearly ?300 when new. 65 quid and it's yours!
Correction - it has an 18x zoom lens not 28. Sorry about that.

Pointlessly high resolution aside, the FZ38 maintains Panasonic’s lead in the ultra-zoom camera market

I'd be snapping it up if I didn't already have a similar one. I'm surprised at the lack of takers too! You might have better luck on ebay
