Hi everyone,
I am new on this forum. I am from Poland and I would like to ask a few questions.

For how long are the contracts in this company for Deck Cadets and what is the salary?
Are there young crew members (officers) or only old seamen after fifties?
And are there sometimes Polish people?

Hello,

Depends on which of their Ship Managers you're using, but I would imagine it would be the usual 4-6 month contract with the salary being between $500-$1000 USD per month.

I've no idea about the Officers, but I would imagine they use Eastern European officers and recruit from Latvia, Ukraine, Poland, etc. TankerGirly is with them, so she can probably answer that best.

Not that you have a problem working with non-poles of course....

No I don't have a problem working with non-poles (but it will be my first time). I asked about it, because during the practice I have to make a report and sometimes when I need help it's good to ask for advice some poles .
