Proposed Additions

Hi all,

As you are aware we're constantly renovating the forum at the moment, we are proposing new groups for users to join so as to easily make contact with other users at the same college, with the same company or to identify Training Representatives.

Please let me know what you think by voting =]

Groups will be optional, not compulsory so anonymity can be protected where you want to.

If you feel that a new group other than those suggested could be added, please post below.

How would it work? I would worry that everyone would tend to chat in their own groups and the forum as a whole would suffer, or do you just mean like their own threads as before?

I think its a great idea, though isn't there already college thread areas? I think having agency/sponsor thread sections is a great idea, especially if people want to a better understanding of an individual company.

It's not really about designating areas of the forum, when a user joins they will have the option to post themselves as a member of a specific group. That's as far as it goes it's just a way for people to identify people in the same boat as them (if you'll pardon the pun) and for anyone to identify company reps.

Some usergroups will be open and some you will have to request to join. The company rep one will be arranged at an admin level with the rep in question.

S4, you may have a girls group if you wish. I will have to create a guys group as well
