Flag feature not working

I just went to flag a post as potentially being spam but the site wouldn't let us submit a report via the 'flag post' function. Has there been restrictions set on it, say limiting it to mods or only users active before a certain point?

Edit: Ignore this, looks like the post was deleted just as I reporting it - that explains why it didn't want to work!
