Shout box

I see there's been mention of a chatroom but what about, what you call a shout box its on another forum i am for airsoft it sits at the top of the page and people can say what they want, yes it can be used as a chat box aswell i suppose but when you log in you can see people chatting away, and the forum just under it so you can say hey when you log in then you can do all you posting but also have your chit chat with everyone but its up to you and don't have to talk and apart from your list of people whos on at the bottem of the board index no one can see if your on and try and make you talk
