    Advice required

    Hey,
    So I'm not to sure where to put this but I need some impartial advice on the situation I am in.
    I'd rather personal message people rather than post my predicament as If anyone from my training provider sees this they will instantly know who I am.
    So, in short, problems with sea time, and schedule. If anyone would be able offer an opinion I'd much love some help.

    Was close to having some problems getting my sea time sorted but its worked out ok.. Fire me a PM if you want.

      Thakfully my sea time was okay but plenty of colleagues had issues, some were back-phased.
