    Anyone know where I can download SOLAS from on the net? I'm not near the marine college and I need a copy urgently! Hence posting in this forum, as I know the usual thing to do is pay

    I don't know of anywhere that the whole code can be downloaded, but specific parts are quoted in places like classification society websites.

      As Clanky says a large number of passages can be found online. Have you tried looking for the subject you're concerned with? It's not really necessary to posses your own copy of SOLAS.

      It's a bit like hitting a nail with a sledgehammer lol
