  • Yet another uniform in public question?

    Hi

I have been asked to go to a army cadet mess night by my old detachment commander. He has asked me to go in uniform but I'm not to sure? I know this comes up a lot on the forum but not sure how to approach this specific situation? Yes we are not military, but also I'm proud to be MN and he has asked?

    All views appreciated.

I would say that uniform would be appropriate in this particular situation.

I don't reckon there would be a problem with that and as S4 has said, it's appropriate for the situation...
Three monkeys escaped from the zoo. One was caught watching TV, the other playing football, and the third one was caught reading this quote!

What uniform do you have? Is it No.1 equivalent, i.e. reefer jacket and peaked cap? Mess dress?

Are there any official MN-wide regulations on wearing uniform? Is it done company by company?
