    Best cruise company to work for?

    Hi all, I'm an engineer cadet with a cruise company (I won't say which one!) While I'm happy working for this company, just out of interest I'd like to know which cruise company you guys think is the best to work for? (In terms of salaries, work to leave ratio, promotion prospects, attitude of crew/passengers, accommodation etc)

    being anonymous does it matter if you name the company?

    i work for RCL, love it... only other company id consider is disney or holland america but very happy with RCL
