    Changing companies....

    Hey everyone,

    I was just wondering if anyone else had done/heard of this being done. I'm a fair way into my cadetship, but I think I may have chosen the wrong type of ship. My company offers a guaranteed contract after I finish my cadetship and qualify but I don't know if I want to continue on.....has anyone heard of people changing companies once they qualify? I know im expected to stay with my company as they trained me and im one of the lucky ones to get a guaranteed contract, but I don't know if I can for various reasons....

    Any advice would be great!
