What did you think of the Personal Survival shortcourse?

Hi.

I'm terrified by the sounds of this short course, CMT say it can be "taken by non-swimmers" but did anyone who has done it find this to be true?

Do you have the life jacket on for the whole course? I hate entering deep water without a boat or a life jacket!

Overall, was it as scary as it sounds? Emphasise with me if you know how to swim and love water!
