This forum is viewable by anyone, so if you want to vent spleen, go ahead, but remember to be anonymous in order to protect yourselves, i.e. logout and post under a different name to your usual forum ID and don't say anything that could identify you. The OP's idea is a good one, honest opinions on companies would be useful to prospective applicants, so don't be a brown-nose either, no one likes a creep!

Even if your no longer working for a company, you may want a reference from them at some point!

It was the whole 'guaranteed job' offer that wasn't guaranteed and would of left me with a ticket and no job. Then once i'd found a new job, a phone call to offer me the job again. Couldn't stand a company just being able to drop you and pick you up again when it suited them. Not stable enough.

P.S. They have reference letters to help with jobs. I still have mine. For a guy with 99% attendance and my letter to say 'satisfactory attendance' when a guy with 60% also recieved that comment. If you don't get sacked you will get the same reference letter.
