    A superyacht will pass under the Millennium Bridge this evening and moor at the Newcastle City Marina on the Quayside for a week


    You dont see too many of these in newcastle, I'm off a look.
    Thought i'd just post it here in case anyone else was interested...

      For VSAT (internet) and TV. On the super yachts I sailed on, we had VSAT antennas either side if the mast to cover blind spots, provide redundancy and increase speed when running in tandem.

      Owners in my experience are happy pay. $100k a month just for internet.

        Reminds me of the time we were in Gothenburg with a Pakistani crew. The Serang came up to the radio room and complained that the crew TV wasn't working. When I went down to have a look it turned out that they couldn't understand the Swedish news presenter and thought there was something wrong with the telly
