  • Channel hopping: Keeping the world's busiest maritime motorway moving

For those that don't mind the Americanism...

CNN have a documentary about the English channel - you can watch clips of it online - although i'm sure someone can probably find the full program somewhere.

The Gateway visits the English Channel and looks at the technology that keeps marine traffic flowing smoothly on the world’s busiest shipping lane.
?Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn?t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.?
