    MAERSK Line, the Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) and CMA CGM, the first, second and third largest container lines in the world, have agreed to establish a long-term operational alliance on east-west trades within a year.

      Or a return to the old alliances, Trio, Grand Alliance to name but 2, it's more a vessel sharing route optimisation thing, so everyone has slots on everyone elses ships, been done before and has to meet strict rules from various competition bodies, hence it'll take nearly a year to sort out
