Oldest Engine Cadet?

I put this up as a frequent question is about "old timers" wanting to know if they're too old. This guy started in January 2009, aged about 37, and is the oldest engine cadet I'm aware of; there are older deck cadets who started aged 39 and 41, and even a woman who started in her 50s, with her daughter in the year above (in Scotland).
