Maritime Security set to reach new heights

GLOBALERT is Marine Risk Management SA?s latest initiative in it?s 16-year history of combating maritime piracy.

In a ground-breaking, strategic, Anglo-American alliance, MRM SA has teamed up with OceanusLive, Solara Remote Data Delivery Systems and Evolutionary Security to provide users (shipowners, insurers, intelligence organisations (private and governmental), accredited MarSec Security providers, and all those involved in Maritime Security, with the world?s first ever Maritime Airborne Reconnaissance and Surveillance service (code-named ?MARS?).

GLOBALERT is also seeking accreditation with the International Association of Maritime Security Professionals (IAMSP); founded in 2010 to bring the highest standards of professionalism and reliability into the Maritime Security industry.

GLOBALERT will provide real-time aerial reconnaissance and surveillance, providing detection, location, identification and deterrent resources against maritime threats. Not limited to piracy, GLOBALERT will also provide effective solutions to human trafficking, drug shipment and weapons smuggling activities. Data and intelligence will then be securely, immediately and discreetly promulgated to participants/users.

Requests for participation criteria or further details may be e-mailed to [email protected], or by e-mail direct to any of the GLOBALERT Alliance partners mentioned above.
