I was looking at books and whether it is worth buying some or just re-using the library until it gets busy. Going through previous posts there is a few that is pretty useful, the main one being:

Practical Marine Electrical Knowledge by Dennis T. Hall.

Is it worth buying a copy, its 40 pounds on Amazon and I like writing notes in my books to help me understand?
And is there other books worth reading/buying?

    Any info is appreciated.

the Dennis T Hall book is pretty good but its workshop and stuff you will see on ship rather than classroom subjects. theres a pretty good range of stuff in the libaray and for a lot of stuff theres not the need for a full book on it.
you can take it with a pinch of salt, but i prefer it with a nip of whisky
