I am studying in BSc (Hons) Navigation and Maritime Science at Plymouth University and undertaking a dissertation entitled' The most effective way of using leadership styles on influencing the crew performances'.
My study aims to explore the issues about leadership styles and the performance onboard. I would like to invite you to participate in the following questionnaire. The questionnaire is anonymous. It will not take a long time to do, and it takes about 5-10 minutes. If you can participate, it does help a lot for the dissertation.
