Question on STCW 95?

I have to right a report for my work based learning, and it asks that:
a) I describe the bridge watch handover procedure and compare to STCW 95 Chapter VIII
b)Deck watch in port and compare to STCW 95, ISM code and ISPS codes.

So I tried to do some research about this STCW95 and all I can find is adverts for courses, is there a book with the details I could use? Can anyone advise please?
