Joining instructions Year Programme table

Am I the only one that is too retarded to easily understand the table WMA sent us in our joining instructions?
I can understand the coloured bars, butthe numbers above are confusing me, I see one is persumambly the weeks into the academic year, and I thought the top set (e.g. 6/9, 13/9) were the dates, but this would be impossible as some are less than the ones before as in - 22/11.

Can anyone help my simple confused brain??

Many thanks, I don't see why they didn't make their one more understandable?? I'm an engineer, I work from bullet points and exploded diagrams.

All I got was a Student info guide and code of conduct and some brief joining instructions from SSTG.

Yes sorry I got that and also lists of places that sell uniform but thats about it, it does show the phases in the SSTG instructions but not as detailed as what you have posted here.

ahhh... HND is different to us FdEng guys and girls... you have a different timeline of events

Yes, but a diagram is helpful so you can have a vague idea where to stick all the leftover bits at the end.
