    Re: Accommodation Questions

Prob is, in Shackleton there are no toilets and cadets are forced to relieve themselves in the showers and make dirty protests to the accomodation office on the walls.

If you want a pleasant and enjoyable time, join us in Blyth....Shackleton is for feral animals-and how that building ever won a RIBA award, I will never know!!

There are no basins in my accommodation, Shakleton.
No sinks!?!? What are you supposed to piss in? A gazunder?

The common rooms have microwaves and kettles - our foreign colleague try to cook eggs in the kettles and stuff whole raw chickens into the microwaves so approach with caution.....
Do you get to choose what accomodation you're put in? I'm guessing... probably not.

Can't you just hide the cue ball?

Maybe your foreign colleagues are trying to poach the eggs.. that's possible right? I can't even imagine the amount of mess a chicken in a microwave would create XP

Size4 google was surprisingly useless for this search, luckily urbandictionary saved the day.

Nope, you could request a specific block but they may not listen to you.

That's probably what they were attempting. An attempt has also been made to cook a chicken wrapped in silver foil in the microwave, seems in that guys world those blue sparks and loud noises are a normal part of the cooking process

Is common sense no longer a prerequisite for joining the MN???

Someone was caught in the act last week trashing part of Shakleton. I think they are going to be shot under the flagpole by security or something.
