Is there a gym/leisure centre nearby?

Is there any decent leisure centres in the vicinity? ideal ones that aren't too grotty and have a substantial sauna!

Proper gym = Optimum in Cleveleys (my current)
Ymca = theres two fleetwood and thornton. fleetwood has a swimming pool next door.
Swindles = its in bispham which is 10mins on the tram away think that has all the mod cons
Fx leisure = Poulton quite hard to get too but sure you would have all that is needed there.

Cheers! That YMCA one seems the best as its got the pool, which is a neccesity! have to get myself a cheeky membership there! Also I believe the survival tank is open once a week for swimming? do you or anyone else bother with that? or is it a bit small?

People do use it, I didn't personally, but I'm a slob! I think there was a lot of water polo going on at one point last phase, as I don't live in college now though I've heard a lot less about it.

haha!
water polo is a good laugh! i'd be down for that. I think my company specify that I have to live on site throughout all phases :/ so i'l probably make use of it.

You only have to live on site in phase 1, the college has actually been turfing out cadets from later phases to make room for the sept intake!

yeah I heard that, but in my contract it says the company stipulates you live in on-site accomadation throughout the duration. and i've heard its a bit dingey!

i dont go to the college im just a yocal. whos going tyneside the pool is seperate at the reception but i think you can get it in your membership
