Part D and E? If you're with Clyde Marine Training they fill all that in for you. Just do what you can. They do the rest.
I havnt been sent them forms yet

Huh, its like a 6 page form. If you applied through Clyde Marine Training, it comes with your US Visa application form and Vaccinations proforma. British Seamans Discharge Book and Identity card application form.

By the way Tom, whens your ENG1 again?

        How about you estevenson92?

It shouldn't be because of that. You need a minimum of 2 years on your passport and there are 16 year olds who do this cadetship who would need one.

How come the wait till 18?

Sweet man! That would annoy me a little though :P Knowing I couldn't complete all the paperwork. Besides, the company pays for all your ENG1 stuff don't they?

Yeah they will place me at Fleetwood providing I pass my A levels, hopefully with Rio Tinto. You're with subsea 7, thats class, it looks really interesting.

Ha. Good job my metabolism is still too high then! I'm on the slim side of life.. Got mine on Thursday in Liverpool. The doctor on the phone took the appointment. Not s secretary which I found weird, but he seemed alright on the phone and cracked a joke here and there. Should be OK. I'm looking at it like a savings investment. It'll be a nice ?80 to get back in September ha! .... Subsea 7, I'm jealous. Thats one of my choices, unfortunately with Clyde we don't find out our company till day 1. What are Rio Tinto all about Matt?

Yeah he wouldn't fail you for that. When I went for my interview at Fleetwood. The fitness levels of some people weren't the greatest. That's all I say but if you feel more comfortable doing it later on then so be it.

Ehh. I've got royal Caribbean as one of my choices as well so that could be a nice surprise :P
