  • Cost of Halls residence per month.

Fairly self-explanatory, how much is residence in the Fleetwood Nautical College Halls, per month, for the first college phase? Would be much appreciated for budgeting purposes.

I currently pay ?440 per month, but after enquiring about coming to halls in phase three next march, we were informed that the price would be going up to ?460 per month, and we would have to sort out our own bed linen. I don't know however if this is to be the new trend or just what phase three plus have to pay.

That will be the price for all cadets phase 1, 3 & 5. Only under 18's in phase 3 are required to stay in the halls which is why it is highly recommended that when you return rent a house locally.

For the OP: that ?460 includes 2 meals a day breakfast and lunch/evening meal - you choose. If you want to but lunch from the refectory your looking at about ?3 for a meal.

Jane told us that there may be a few more rooms free for our phase three, so a few in my class are considering coming back to halls just for the convenience of it all. Still looking at other locations however. It would be nice to have a few beers in my fridge while in halls, and the rules are a touch confining, but for the price and location many are considering coming back.
