Glasgow HNC Deck start date.

Hi guys and gals.

I've searched high and low for an answer to my question so I apologise if this has been answered.

Is there anyone on here doing HNC Deck at Glasgow in Sept? If so, what date have you been given, as Clyde have told me 3rd Sept. Do we need to arrive before then, as in the previous week, or just the night before?
Reason I ask is I am in full time employment and need to tie in the end of my employment accordingly.

Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated

Yep, I'm starting September 3rd. I'm probably moving in September 2nd for the same reason. Plus, as there's no freshers week, doesn't seem much value hanging around for a week beforehand.

You should be ok to head down the day before, first day nothing much gets done really, just induction and that sort of thing, good luck with the course, some great lecturers at that College!

They kept giving me different dates, saying the 3rd and the 13th. Then my letter came through saying the 13th and I went up to Kintyre House itself to confirm it

That would be different to what I was told... I got told by the course leader that it was the 3rd.

Yeah, until a poster with more than 1 post or CMT or Glasgow tell me differently, it's the 3rd.
