Halls

Last week my grandad received a phonecall regarding the halls for September (I was out at the time) . He said that they basically asked questions and said they were going to send out an info pack on the halls. I rang Clyde and they said they have not contacted me about the halls yet, I was just wondering if any one else got this call , could it maybe be the college that phoned me or the halls themselves.
