requiring sea time

Hi, I am new to Officercadet

I was wondering if anyone could help me
I Am a previous engine cadet where i had left my sea service due to My brother dying two years ago
I feel that i am now ready to go back to sea but i require just sea time
I was previously with clyde marine and i have finished my college phases but i am finding it difficult to find a way to get a company to get my last couple of months sea time in

Thank you very much, I will contact them. Do you know of any other companies you could point me in the direction of? i have been told irish or american flagged companies are my best bet

You could try Trinity House.

I spoke with arklow shipping and they only recruit through sstg, Chiltern and clyde and not directly with cadets. trinity house appear only to do through sstg aswell

Have you tried contacting your old training agency? If they know the situation they'd probably be sympathetic and help...

Yeah I have tried contacting them but they cannot help me due to SMaRT funding
