Alright, anyone else heading to the City of Glasgow College this January? Just wondering if anyone knows the start dates? Cheers

I'm going to glasgow in January. I think my start date is the 20th of January. Although that is for deck.

Found out recently that my start date is the 6th of January!

Yeah the Engineers start earlier than the Deckies by about 2 weeks so I'm presuming you are both correct!

its a lot better than the days i had to stay in Alcatraz !. Yeh don't worry about that who are you with ?

Yeh you don't have anything to worry about clyde just tend to sort the accommodation out for you. Do you know who your sponsor company is ?

When I emailed them, they told me to contact the halls and they told me to tell them that I will be joining on the 6th. I still haven't recieved joining instructions, so maybe it will become more clearer then. No, I don't. I really hope I get the ones picked! Or any offshore company for that matter, although I understand the January intake is limited.

ha Yeh get used to this !! typical college & clyde. Ah right yeh you will probably find out within the first week or two who your company is !. Yeh January tends to be less places available

Yep I was Jan 2009 I ended up with the good old Zodiac.

Yeh they weren't that bad tbh ! think they have a lot of bad press about them around the college but at the end of the day I completed my cadetship so can't complain !. Eh it was a mix ha some deep sea some costal.
