Bridge watch time

Does anyone know if time at anchor counts as bridge watch time for training record book? The TRB doesn't give much info neither does MGN92.

Hi Lewis

It does count as watch keeping time and you should be able to knock off a few of the TRB at anchor tasks at the same time.

I'm pretty sure the answer is no but worth asking anyway. Does time on watch in the Cargo control room of a tanker count as watch keeping time?
