Just in process of renewing my passport, wondering if its worth paying extra for a 48 page one considering i'll be doing a lot of travelling in the next few years?

I never had that many stamps in my passport that I needed a larger one. Personally I do not think it will be necessary.

    Hope this helps,

It really depends, I've filled a 48 page passport in 5 years, and actually hold two current 48 page passports. However I've seen other passports on board with very few stamps.
I got quite a few stamps working for the cruise lines, particularly on world cruises and flying in and out of the USA.
