Work Based Learning Contract .... Help!!

Im at Warsash maritime acedemy and I am nearing the end of my 2nd phase. I am just working my way through the WBL essays but I do not have a clue what they are meant to be like/what form they are meant to be in apart from essay, as the contract doesnt really say much except for 'must be between 800 and 1000 words'. Can anyone shead any light on what they are meant to be like and what they should contain?!

They should be written in the form of a report, with reference to regulations and publications wherever possible.

During my phase 3 they really didnt seem to care to much about the wbl, I got the impression that so long as you awnsered the question and tried to reference it properly they were happy. You will probably find a lot of the guys won't have finished them at all when you go back so well done for doing it beforehand. As I say though I would concentrate on revisiting things like phase 1 stab as it will be very intense when you go back!
