ermmm in what way do you mean? You know already if you passed or failed and what your grades are, as such the cert takes as long as it takes and can be collected from college or sent home, nything up to 6 months after you finish collegeTrust me I'm a Chief.

No I do not report things from here to them as they are quite able to come and read this stuff for themselves.
