Vaccinatons for Typhoid, Polio and Tetanus

just had a fonecall sayin my company have lost my vaccination records and am i upto date on the following
Typhoid, Tetanus and Polio ............ have u any idea how upto date they need to be and how long they last for etc?? im also confused as i may of got them when i was at school aswell at high school and primary school...... thanks

Phone your doctor and ask them to check your records and also ask them if they are in date.........the recommended re-jabbing has changed for Tetanus just recently, polio is about 10 years as is Typhoid (I think) but phone the GP and jobs a good 'un

Also, definitely in the case of my company it is my responsibility to ensure that all my vaccinations and eng1 are in date. It is worth keeping a spreadsheet with them all.

Scan your vaccination certificates, and send your company copies, also means you have back ups should the worst happen and your documents go missing while away. Same goes for sea service testimonials, discharge book, passport, signature pages of your TRB after each trip....
