  • US Visa Application

Right Ladies and Gentleman, a group of us at Plymouth University are currently filling out our online US Visa application forms.

In the DS-160 Visa form, under the Travel section it asks for the Purpose of trip to the U.S. and then it asks to specify.

Now I have been told that I select crew member (D) for both of these options, however another member on the course states that I select alien in transit (C), then Crew member in transit (C1/D)

Could someone please clarify which one is correct?

    Thanks in advance.

Most definately C1-D. C1-D is an entry for transit when joining a vessel in the United States.

Thanks guys, it has the option to add both. Should I do that or just stick with the C1-D?

Nope, if you select both, you'll be asked to pay twice once you reach the Embassy. Just complete the C1-D.
