    M.E.F sponsorship

    Would anyone be able to enlighten me a little.

    I am about to head away for my 1st sea phase, leaving college next friday. i have searched the internet for a while and have not been able to find information on destinations for MEF cadets. Would anyone know it MEf have any usual haunts or is it just pot luck as to where or who i will be away with.

    Someone on my intake had a Stena ferry (Irish Sea) and a bulk carrier.

      i heard rumors of Stena (Irish sea) but didn't want to believe it. The US and OZ visas clyde gave me will come in useful then.

          I'd say you'll get plenty of deep sea experience and you might get a cruise ship or two thrown in there as well. I'm on cruise ships and I'd love to try a ferry, just for the experience!

            Glasgow college JC! deep sea is what i am hoping for, not to worried if i get a cruise ship, not a big fan of the shorts.
