HAL uniform

Hi guys,

Got my Holland America tie in the post today, and just wondering, is it really supposed to be that big!!?
It's massive

Any other HAL cadets find this?

they arent fashion items, infact they tend to have been designed "in the time fashion forgot" (say mid 70's)
